        Pool Maintenance

 

MISSION STATEMENT

PERFECTION POOLS, INC., is committed to providing superior customer service, doing so in a manner that exhibits a high degree of professionalism enabling our clients the opportunity of enjoying the pool rather than wasting valuable time working on it.  PERFECTION POOLS, INC.  will accomplish this in 3 ways:

1.  Provide an efficiently run operation.

2.  Keep close contact with the customer during all services
     rendered.

3.  Follow up to be certain the customers needs and
     expectations have been met in a satisfactory manner.

 

A. TYPES:

    1.  BiWeekly: Twice a week service         3.  BiMonthly: Every other week service
    2.  Weekly:  Once a week service             4.  Monthly:  Once a month service

B. MAINTENANCE PROGRAMS:  (Perfection Pools, Inc. will supply all necessary equipment to clean your pool)

    1.  Manually vacuum the pool.

    2.  Skim the pool surface removing all leaves and debris.

    3.  Brush the walls at the water line to remove debris and dirt.  Some hand brushing 
         with a degreaser may be necessary.

    4.  Test and balance the water chemistry.  All chemicals required to properly
         balance the water will be billed at an additional fee unless the homeowner
         specifies to use their own personal supply.

    5.  All skimmer and pump baskets will be emptied and cleaned.

    6.  All pool equipment will be cared for in a preventative manner.  If repair work is
         required, the owner will be notified of the problem, and the repairs needed to
         correct the problem.  All parts and additional time (labor) required are an
         additional fee.  No repairs will be made without the permission of the owner.

    7.  Filter cleaning:  Perfection Pools will maintain Sand, DE, and Cartridge filters by
         cleaning on an as needed basis in order to keep operating pressure at a
         minimum.  (Filter cleanings are an additional charge for monthly cleaning
         customers.)

C. CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY:

    1.  Keep all pool area gates in good operating order.

    2.  Water level of the pool:
          a.  Keep up due to evaporation and "splash-out".
          b.  Keep down due to rain.
